Comedy for a change
The International Comedy Conference was held in Jerusalem, and dealt with humor and social change. The conference gathered comedians and television writers from around the world.
The event aimed to expose the power of comedy in the current media reality as a tool to promote social changes. The comedy's ability to receive and propagate information was emphasized, as well as its ability to raise awareness and social motivation to solve significant problems.
As part of the conference the "Non-Diplomatic Peace Conference" was held – a panel comprised of comedians from all religions, calling to encourage discussion on politics and political correctness.
